Refund Policy

In accordance with Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection. Except as provided by law, payments for goods or services delivered/supplied are non-refundable, including fees and other costs. Except for situations provided for by law, goods or services delivered/supplied are not returnable. If the buyer wishes to refund payment for the goods or services delivered, he shall formulate a request for reimbursement and address it to the representatives of the company. Within 5 working days, the buyer will be notified if the claim has been approved or rejected. If the refund request is approved, the amount of the order will be refunded to the buyer within a few working days. Supplier reserves the right to make changes to this Return Policy without having the obligation to notify or inform third parties in advance. Changes will take effect from the date they are posted on the website. Physical return of merchandise (where applicable) is performed at the registered office of CIALCRIS S.R.L.: Republica Moldova, mun. Chișinău, Durlești, str. Livezilor 86.
